I was a bit apprehensive about reading psychic/clairvoyant Dougall Fraser’s book, “But You Knew That Already: What A Psychic Can Teach You About Life,” for my latest withjosh interview. As I have mentioned in previous interviews, I grew up in a very religious home and have spent my twenties breaking the stereotypes that organized religion unknowingly places on those who think outside the box. Dougall Fraser definitely thinks outside the box and I was pleasantly surprised to find his work fascinating and witty. I was sucked in by the vulnerability of his honesty and story.
Say what you want about the psychic community, but my job is to feature unusual stories in pop culture and Fraser does not disappoint. As a clairvoyant, Fraser says he has the ability of second sight and is able to read a person’s aura. He first noticed his gift at the age of 8 and by the age of 14, he began to understand that he had to use his ability for a higher purpose. By the age of 20, Fraser was named Best Psychic in Dallas and then had success in New York and Los Angeles.
Fraser has been featured on Dancing With The Stars, Best Week Ever and Good Day Live! He has also been recognized as one of the country’s top clairvoyant/psychics by Spin magazine and The New York Post. Currently based in Los Angeles, Fraser has started what he calls “cosmic coaching,” which is a form of life coaching that incorporates his psychic abilities.

How intimate i feel it. I must confesse that, although i seem 1 believer, i´m so sceptical respect somethings about predictions. Perhaps, the daily rutine turns us like persons with one feeling of distrust. But although I dont believe in this things i cant deny that i read the horoscopes or made one excercises of numerology in some moment; cause the peoples are animals with curiosity, and so different to others animals, we search answer to our lifes in anyway. I think that human are complicated in 2 levels: in the mind aspect, and in the feelings; and it`s more complicated when this 2 aspects is together. But it`s exciting, too!
When you said: “I´ll be making one interview to one psychic” me and the girls said: “Well, we need to make some asks, but what?”, and for my surprise they made more better questions ( I say “surprise” cause they`re more scepticals that me in the daily life, but now i discover that they readed more horoscopes that me!!)They made it so easy: they talked about many ways of predictions (many girls seems like Sabrina, The teenager witch!!!), and questions respect it. I didnt know why it was difficult to me, if i watched many psychics on X-Files or i read about it. So what, i was remembering one gift that my grandmother gaves me in 1993: one book of Ludovica Squirru about predictions ( I ever thonk that it`s one book only cause it has pages; but it`s in my library just yet for one stranger reason…I don´t know!!!) and i let my predjuice for one moment, and made with your dates one profile of you. In this moment i was funny with it, and late i thonk that is more easy when you look to other person, but what happen when you look to yourself? Then, i knew what was the difficult in it, and what was the easy. For my friends make questions was easy cause they ask was about the “Posibility”, about the Future in the predictions; they didnt talks about “Today”; and me, i didnt make good asks cause perhaps i`ve one denial to discover what about me, perhaps for some peoples is more easy think in external factors cause ourself devils are more complex.
I suppose that for us is more easy to believe in external things like Aliens (je!, like me), say: “God, why do you deny me the happiness?” or search the future in one cup of coffe. Perhaps we´ve fear to search the answer into ourself; and different to prediction, the psychics searches the answer in us, in this complex human`s system of the mind and soul, cause itsn`t about intelligence, it`s respect the reserve of memory about our feelings, and for it, i think that it`s one mistery to discovery. Moreover, we search one definitive answer to our lifes when the things that more enrich us are the things that gives us questions to our life.
Hey, Josh: It`s my favourite interview in many aspects, but specially cause i watched you ready to experiment with yourself. Only one person with many courage can make it!!

I need say something respect my phrase: “The truth i son withJosh”. Reading the post of Truth Seeker I must recognize that i was in a little mistake cause i didn`t one acaration: Don`t exist only one human true; It was my mistake; cause in other way, can we reduce the Truth to only aspect or to one few of words?
Like one anxious girl that i am, i wrote here “talking” about MY VISION respect our difficult like humans to see into ourself. I made use of one phrase:”The truth is out there” but in different way, cause i think that the Truth is into ourself, in EVERYONE. I didn`t say: “Josh´ve the truth or the psychic say what`s the truth for our lifes”. I want to say: The truth is the thing that everyone percive; yeah! EVERYONE. Late i reduced it to “WithJosh” cause it had 1 beautiful and real phrase:”Everyone has a story” and perhaps i had other mistake: i was so inocent supposing that it was obvious and all peoples can make 1 transitivity:
If the trust is on WithJosh, and everyone has a story, then everyone has a truth.
But late, i thonk (and perhaps you thonk the same): if everyone has the truth it`s so complicated cause it turns relative (and now i understand to Plato when he said that the world of the Ideas generates distrust!), contradictory and contingent (the dialectic philosophic system of Aristotle and Immanuel Kant!!) respect the context; for it, the Truth is relative and dont exist absolute true, but exist momentaneous human true, and it had relation with the vision of everyone. It`s complicated and it hadn`t uniq answer for us, it hadn`t certains, cause it`s the beauty of the life: life is the search with relative and contradctories answers. Some persons preffer search it in external things; i suppose that i´m searching in me in this moment (Hey, Dheniss, nobody ask you it!!!, yeah!, it`s truth, sorry, it`s my introspective way, again!!), but everyone searchs in the better way for themself. For it, the psychic method seems a good way to me, but it`s only one way to search (very interesant for me) and nothing commendable if you`ve fear of yourown feelings (when i watched to Josh front this psychic situation i felt that he made it with the courage that i haven`t; for it i admirate him; cause he expose him front camera in a graphic situation, and this situation shows him vulnerable,but stronger front himself, and only Josh can know how it was into himself. He`s 1 example for me; cause i know how fear it could be generate in the persons when you must to show parts of your feelings to others person, but specially when you must be sincere with you).
Well, the true (in my vision) is uncertain, but i believe that it`s more interesant that suppose the existence of one uniq true, and for it i know that withJosh hadn`t one contradiction. Josh says “Everyone has one story”, so what i suppose everyone with their story complete one part of the truth, and only the adition of the parts´ll be resulting the total Truth (for the believer God says: “We`re one uniq Body”, but exist parts, and every part is important and deserve respect, without respect we dont live in the Love of God). So what i think that is so interesant to watch differents aspects of the life in differents interviews. You can feel that the Truth of USA is watch one new season of American Idols (I love this show, it`s so cool!)and it`s one interesant posibilite, but humbly, i think that exist peoples in USA who feel that their true is other. I suppose that Josh knows it, for this reasons he makes one show with differents aspects, for differents peoples ; and though this stories are differents, dont exist contradiction in the variety (I´ll be feeling fear if the variety is one bad thing or one problem for this world….)
Respect what`s the real Belief of one Nation, Well Baby, it`s one complex discussion. Who can to say what`s the real Belief? I cant express nothing about USA cause I´m argentinian (and sorry for my worst english!!!), but in our countries is difficult to talk about “Uniq belief”, specially cause in America, Argentina and United States are the 2 countries with more variet in the population. I cant talk nothing about USA ( but if you`ve the True about what is the Belief of USA tell me, it could be interesant to know, specially cause i dont know; and i suppose that nobody in the Univerities of USA can discover the true behind of this sociologyc discussion!!!) but in my country the idea about uniq thought was so sinister; and is so sinister; perhaps for many peoples in Argentina (and i talk about my country cause i suppose that is more just talk about my Country cause i meet it) one idea that is in concordance with the “Typical belief” is the idea repect the classic catholic (and one aclaration: I´m 1 practicer catholic; but i´ve the luck of think that we`ve the fredom in God) and heterosexual family with 2 childs: (the boy and the girl), one dog and one cat who goes to the Church every Sunday, who are happy for be more “Europeans”respect the rest of South America ( I suppose that this families are the pride of our “Founders fathers” like Mitre- Roca and Sarmiento), who watch TV in their beautiful house and forget the rest of the world that dont be in this way. Well, like one postal card it seems so cool, so ethic and “Correct”, the uniq truth, but i dont believe that the world must to be one exactly model of it, and i´m happy that itsn´t in this way, cause everyone is different, everyone has one part of the true and Josh shows it with every different interview, and for it, i know that everyone has a story; everyone saies something about the True, and for it the Truth is on withJosh, without contradictions, only the human contradictions.
Moreover, Who have the answer to the Question:
“Quid est Veritas?”, nothing can to say you what`s the Truth if you can´t see it; perhaps our human problem isn`t to see into ourself, perhaps our problem is to see us in the others.
