I have a love/hate relationship with food: I love to eat delicious food but I have found that it’s hard to find something healthy that actually tastes good. It’s seriously a constant struggle to find the perfect balance between taste, convenience, and healthiness. New York food blogger Kate Brittle shares my frustration and decided to share her compilation of mouth-watering recipes on her website, www.adashofsass.com. Brittle uses her site to adapt recipes or create her own by using all natural or healthier ingredients. Sure, she has a number of healthy items but she also knows how create a “coma inducing” fantasy dessert. For my birthday, she flew in some delectable Rocky Road Brownies and as soon as I took the first bite, she had me under her sassy spell.

This past weekend, Kate met me at San Francisco’s famed Fisherman’s Wharf, where she gave me tips and options for fun yet healthy summer cooking. During our time together, I learned that eating healthy doesn’t mean having to survive on egg whites, cottage cheese and soy milk. Brittle’s lessons were so interesting and informative that I twisted her arm to fly down to Los Angeles for an interview and to give me a lesson in cooking….or should I say grilling.
In our interview, Kate explains how her time in the kitchen relieved the stress of law school and became more to her than just a hobby. Brittle is very candid with the science of cooking and her personality is as addicting as her strawberry cake.
We created a step by step instructional video for the summer’s best Turkey Burgers. If you’re looking for a tasty summer fix, this recipe is for you. If you want to follow along at home, you will need the following ingredients:

The writer of http://www.withjosh.com has written a superior article. I got your point and there is nothing to argue about. It is like the following universal truth that you can not disagree with: Blind compliance or compulsive non-compliance of anything are like the two sides of the same coin due to ignorance. I will be back.
